FAQ's

Yes. I am ITEC qualified in massage and Deep Tissue massage. I have Professional indemnity insurance. And a member of the Federation of Holistic Therapists (FHT).

I arrive about 10-15 minutes prior to booked time bringing my professional massage table, fresh linens (sheets/towels), lotion/oils, and anything else I may need.

• Begin by clearing a space for the massage table and your therapist. I will need a minimum space of approximately 2m x 2m in any room.

• Ensure the room is set up to your environmental preference - Temperature, lighting, scent, and music/silence.

• Have a short warm shower - no need to shave!

• Have a robe (or equivalent) to wear for before and after the massage.

• Prepare any questions, or anything you may want to discuss with your therapist, relevant to your massage. (A short consultation prior to the start of your session will be held for all first-time clients). 

• Have some water nearby for after your session.

• Relax and enjoy your massage !

No. Many clients choose a silent massage experience. The Quiet Recovery Method™️ 

Yes. professional draping is used at all times. Draping Policy

If booking online, I do take a non-refundable deposit of £20 which only goes through once your appoinment is confirmed. Booking Policy 

Yes. As an introvert myself I fully understand these clients. It was the reason I began doing Silent Massages as I realised that my clients responded better to this approach and benefitted even more.
