Do you come to my home?

Yes. Carib Massage Therapy is a mobile massage service. I travel to your home within my service areas across North, East and Central London.

Do you bring the massage table?

Yes. I bring a professional portable massage table, towels, sheets and massage products required for your treatment.

How much space do you I need?

Approximately 3m x 2m of clear space is sufficient to set up the massage table and work comfortably.

Do I need to provide anything?

No specialist equipment is required. I bring what I need for the massage.

Do I have to talk during my massage?

No. Conversation is optional. If you prefer a quiet treatment, choose the Silent Massage.

What is a Silent Massage?

It is a professional massage where conversation is kept to a minimum. We discuss your needs before the treatment, then you can simply relax without feeling expected to make conversation. Carib Massage Therapy's version is the Quiet Recovery Method.™

Will I be properly covered during the massage?

Yes. Professional draping is used throughout the treatment. Only the area being treated is uncovered.

Can someone else be in the room?

Yes. If you would feel more comfortable having someone you trust present, that is permitted.

Do you massage men and women?

Yes. All clients are treated professionally and respectfully, subject to the normal consultation and suitability for massage.

Is Deep Tissue Massage supposed to hurt?

No. Deep tissue massage can involve firmer pressure, but pressure is discussed and adapted to the individual. More pressure does not automatically mean a better treatment.

How do I book?

You can check availability and book online, or contact me through WhatsApp if you have a question or prefer to arrange your appointment that way.

Is a deposit required?

Online bookings currently require a £20 deposit to secure the appointment.

What if I'm not sure which massage I need?

That's fine. We can discuss what you're looking for during the consultation and decide on the most appropriate approach.

Do you provide medical treatment?

Massage therapy is not a substitute for diagnosis or medical treatment. If you have a medical condition, significant unexplained symptoms, recent injury or other concerns about whether massage is appropriate, seek professional medical advice before booking.
