Booking Policy

Appointments

By booking a treatment with Carib Massage Therapy, you confirm that you have read and agree to the Booking Policy, Cancellation Policy, Draping Policy, Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions.

If booking online, a non-refundable deposit of £20 is required. 

Appointments are secured upon confirmation.

Please ensure:

• Adequate space for treatment

• A quiet environment

• Suitable room temperature

• Pets are secured where possible

Arrival Time

The therapist will typically arrive 10-15 minutes before the appointment to set up.

Late Arrivals

If the client is unavailable at the agreed appointment time:

• Treatment time may be shortened

• Full payment may still apply

Therapist Delays

Should unforseen circumstances arise, every effort will be made to contact the client promptly.

Cancellation Policy

24-Hour Notice

Appointments cancelled with at least 24 hours notice may be rescheduled without charge.

Less Than 24 Hours

Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice may incur a 50% cancellation fee.

Same-Day Cancellations

Same-day cancellations may be charged at 100% of the treatment cost.

No-Shows

Failure to attend a booked appointment without notice will result in the full appointment fee becoming payable.

Mobile Massage Policy

Safe Working Environment

Clients must provide:

• A safe working environment

• Reasonable access to the treatment area

• Adequate space for a massage table

Right to Refuse Treatment

Carib Massage Therapy reserves the right to refuse or terminate treatment if:

• Safety concerns arise

• Inappropiate behaviour occurs

• Contraindications are identified

• The client appears intoxicated

Full payment may still be required.

Draping Policy

Professional Standards

Client comfort, dignity, and privacy are always respected.

During Treatment

• Clients remain appropriately covered throughout the session.

• Only the area being treated is uncovered.

Client choice

Clients may request additional draping or modifications to ensure comfort.

Consent

Verbal consent will be obtained before treatment begins.

Professional Boundaries Policy

Therapeutic Massage Only

Carib Massage Therapy provides professional therapeutic massage services only.

Zero Tolerance

Any inappropriate behaviour, including:

• Sexual comments

• Sexual requests

• Indecent exposure

• Inappropriate touching

May result in immediate termination of the session.

The full treatment fee remains payable.

Future bookings may be refused.

Health & Medical Discosure Policy

Clients are responsible for disclosing:

• Medical conditions

• Injuries

• Recent surgeries

• Pregnancy

• Medications

Failure to disclose relevant information may result in treatment being modified or declined.

Silent Massage Policy™️

Many clients choose Carib Massage Therapy specifically because they prefer a quiet, restorative experience.

Conversation is always welcome, however clients are equally free to enjoy treatment in silence without any expectation to engage socially.

This allows clients to fully relax, switch off, and enjoy uninterrupted recovery time.

Consent Policy

By booking and receiving treatment, clients confirm that:

• Information provided is accurate.

• They understand massage is not a substitute for medical care.

• They may stop treatment at any time.

• They consent to receiving massage treatment.

Payment Policy

• Bank transfer

• Card payment

• Cash

Payment Due

Payment is due immediately following treatment unless otherwise agreed or pre-payed online.

Outstanding balances may result in future bookings being declined.
